Our centres boastfully qualified early childhood carers who provide rich learning programs based on children’s interests, strengths, abilities and choices.
Our dedicated team of educators understand the importance of building on children’s home-life experiences together with intentional teaching practices.
Our educators work in partnership with our families, the most significant educators in a child’s life. We work as a team to cultivate trust, truth and thankfulness which provides a platform for high staff retention which is the key to continuity of care.
Both premises pride themselves on their high staff/child ratio and will continue to employ ample staff to meet the needs of your child.
All educators are fully qualified and have a current first aid certificate, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualification. All educators have a WWC. Educators at both centres are multi lingual boasting a number of languages, Hebrew, French, German, and Spanish.
We aim to provide a diverse program that reflects both group and individual needs. We place great importance on rich early learning experiences for our children; based on their interests, competences and individuality. We use the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our reflective practice and observations characterised by the concepts of belonging being and becoming. We teach our children to take care of the earth and its inhabitants and develop an awareness of sustainable practises.
We aim to communicate in a real, honest and empathetic manner with parents and guardians fostering a mutually respectful, open and communication line.
Above all children are encouraged to explore, to question, to make choices, to engage, to play and to develop an understanding of their world. As educators we take a holistic approach to teaching and learning, nurturing their physical, social, emotional and spiritual well being as well as their cognitive aspects of learning.
